Road Description
By car from Linz
Coming from Linz on highway A1 please use exit at km 100 - Ybbs
Pass Ybbs a.d.Donau in direction Donaubrücke (Danube bridge) cross the bridge to the northern bank
take a right turn into direction Persenbeug
On B3 pass Persenbeug and go along the Danube until Marbach a.d.Donau
In Marbach take a left turn to LH83 in direction Münichreith (signs ar a bit hidden behind some bushes). Go this road uphill, you will pass Schaufel and a small village Hilmanger
about 1 km after Hilmanger turn right to Kollnitz
At the begining of Kollnitz, the first house on the left is our farm
From Vienna
From Vienna on highway A1 please use exit Pöchlarn and go in direction Maria Taferl
Cross the Danube bridge near Pöchlarn and turn left on the northern bank towards Ybbs
Shortly after the village Klein Pöchlarn turn right towards Maria Taferl (do'nt take the road to Artstetten!!).
In Maria Taferl turn right towards Pargatstetten (as from Maria Taferl you can follow the signs „Waldviertler Heuunterbetten“ )
In Pargatstetten you enter at Gasthaus Sandler (Alpenblick). There you turn left and after approx. 50m turn right towards Kollnitz.
Arriving in Kollnitz the first farm is ours!!!
From Zwettl
FromZwettl take road B 38 towards Pöggstall.
In Würnsdorf turn right towards Laimbach
In Laimbach turn left towards Münichreith
In Münichreith turn right in direction Marbach, after approx. 1 km, in a small village Bischofstein turn left to Kollnitz (there are signs to „Waldviertler Heuunterbetten“)
Pass the village of Kollnitz entirely, the last house on the right is our farm.
